Bunnies. And, I like manners and honesty. And acknowledging when others have helped you.
Some bird at work was bossing me around for a shift, she was quite abrupt and never said a please or a thank you. I just did what she said. We're the same age, she literally has only been there 3 weeks longer than I have, and is not a manager. She was only staying back an hour later than me and another, so all of us were doing the closing up tasks. Then the next morning (She had no idea I'd get called in to work that day, neither did I) I saw she left a note to the boss saying she had tried to make her job easier for her by doing all this work...and mentioned nothing about myself and the other girl also doing those things. There were 3, not 1. And she sure didn't do all of it in one hour after we left. The next morning at 7am, the boss was saying repeatedly to me "Oh_____ has done SUCH a good job!" Rolling Eyes

Some people, really, I'd put her in the category that the Big L has described Boo, as well as being very insecure. I must admit that I would hate to be young in this era, being in the work force today is a nightmare, and very unpleasant.

Oh my what a puffed up egotistical woman ....... she will never be a manager with that attitude. One of the most important things about management is to encourage your staff to improve for their own sake, and to praise and reward when a job is well done. Never never never take all the credit for yourself, one day those people may very well be above you in the hierarchy and you will get your just deserts.

Just do your job to the best of your abilities Boo, that type of person is not worth anything. I know you well enough to understand how that must have irked you to even mention it, she will get her comeuppance one day.

A lot of things matter to me, but the most important ones are music and attention. That's why I'm a singer and a guitarist.
