When is this going to end?? An escalation of the shooting a a man in a car in Dallas, with 4 police being shot and killed by snipers with another 7 injured. The worst part about this is that nothing can be done about it for many reasons right up to the top in the white house.

It is so horrible, and I can only see many more jumping on this bandwagon, even after hundreds of years the black american and the white american cannot get along.

On another note the 9 young people of "African Appearance" (as our politically correct pollies like to say) who stole a BMW and then had no compunction about joyriding through the city until they crashed, a number of them were already on bail for other offences including aggravated burglary, they are to face Children's Court of all things. I say if you commit an Adult crime you should face Adult punishment, there have been numerous incidents in this wave of terror sweeping Melbourne and its suburbs. Too many excuses are being made for them, poor kids came from a war torn country and violence is in their heritage - didn't they and their families come to this country to get away from violence????? Not Good Enough Daniel Andrews and other Victorian politicians, you need to stop this now - it will only get worse and their friends and "admirers" get onto the bandwagon and seek the thrills of violence.

Any wonder I will not use public transport when I am in Melbourne Angry

Agree PK, and the experts are denying that it is certain people committing these crimes. Serious man

I don't know what the hell is happening to Kids these days, and I don't think any descent citizen does either, let alone the so called authorities. This is appalling!

This is appalling! Once again we have the situation of a child committing an adult crime, I'm afraid that we need to come up with some new laws to cover this type of incident. No good sending this kid to a children's reform school type of place, he will only be attempting to rape other children. One only hopes that there is some strict enforcement applied to him, he obviously needs a lot of mental assistance to change his ways. Unbelievable

Agree. We need to consider very seriously about the people that we are letting into this country. I believe this child was out here with no parents. Wouldn't that raise a question to our authorities? One would have thought so. The whole screening process of immigrants is virtually non existent. This needs to change for a start.

I think that people are realising that point, except the authorities?

Yes, the biggest problem is, how do you screen them to sort out the good from the bad?

I don't think that we ever can RB.  Whilst not condoning this behaviour, there was an incident here some years ago were an 84 year old lady was raped by a 15 year old Australian boy.  She was left with severe injuries, but had it in her heart to forgive this kid.  He comments were "what sort of upbringing did this child have, to want to hurt an old lady".  Indeed, she saw a troubled youngster and chose to forgive and to encourage this boy to have therapy and treatment.  A truly remarkable woman.
