There are very bright (on a cloudless night) Leroy.  This link may give you a better idea of their trajectory:

I think I'm a moonchild Bullant.  Even as a little girl, I often used to look skyward and marvel at the Universe.  In fact, myself and my brothers used to play a game of spotting constellations etc, and see who could name the different constellations and find the milky way etc.  I think it's humbling to note that we are so much part of a bigger Universe than just here on Earth.  I guess this has to be better than "navel gazing" Very Happy.

Anyone seen the Martian?  We saw it recently, and it's a very entertaining movie.

Finally we have had some decent rain in Central Victoria, however, it is so chilly today.

Bullant, you do need a clear sky to see this properly.   I think it's visible to Feb 26th or so, so you have plenty of time to see it.  Wait for a cloudless sky, enjoy the serenity of an early morning, and I hope that you enjoy the beauty of that time of day.  With a bit of luck you will see it too. Smile

Right at the bottom of the ocean under the ice and sea in Antarctica, they have discovered a remarkable and very colourful garden of life, and remember there is no light down there for photosynthesis to take place, but yet these plants and creatures are very colourful.

There is no option available to post the clip, but the link will take you there.
