All the Magnolia trees are in full bloom here now, spring has arrived, and it will be time for spending time in the garden again. Overjoyed

Beautiful thanks mate. Caravan behind me has foam boxes with chives, mint, tomatoes etc all growing, they are "permanents" but I have seen vans or winnebagos pull up and take boxes out of hatches and water them, herb gardens travelling with them - good stuff I say.

Yes, it's that time again and everything seems to come to life, my sister has an ornamental Cherry Tree and it's just a mass of pink blossom, which reflects right on to her front porch.

I was fascinated to see a vegetable and herb garden thriving in the children's section of Warner Brother's Movie World on the Gold Coast - no damage done to it, which seeing some of the little horrors that were tearing around the place was a miracle. I broke my self-imposed ban on rides and went on the Tweety Bird cage ride with my great grandson aged 4 - I hate rides and have never been on one with any of the grand children, so now I have skipped a generation Lol

For anyone interested in a good deal - Better Homes and Gardens Magazine have reduced costs of their subscriptions.  Quite a considerable saving.

Sorry, the link I posted doesn't work.  The offer is available for the next few weeks for anyone who may be interested.  Best way would be to contact Better Homes and Gardens direct.

Finally got my daphne. Grew from a cutting in a hot house. After 6 months it has grown by leaps and bounds..
