My family called it Ki Si Ming, but here goes

500gm mince steak
2 chopped onions
3 sticks of celery, chopped
300 gm frozen beans
1 pkt chicken noodle soup
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 small cabbage
4 cups water
3 tablespoons rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Brown chopped onion and mince in large (electric frypan is what I use) pot, add 1/2 of the water, then veggies, rice, and other ingredients and rest of water.... cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick. Enjoy!

I found that recipe I was talking about, it is called "Sweet Surprise Rissoles" here it is ....
500gm minced steak
1 medium onion - grated
3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs (crumbled up slices of bread with crusts removed)
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
pinch each of cinnamon and nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons plum jam
1 egg lightly beaten
Mix the above ingredients together until combined, form into rissoles
Cook in hot oil till done, drain on paper towel

Enjoy!

Don't eat tuna myself, but this recipe is from a book which was made through kinder so all of the recipes are well used by those who give them.
TUNA CASSEROLE
1 can tuna
1 Can soup (cream of chn, cream of chn with corn, cream of mushroom)
Grated cheese
1 Pkt spiral pasta
Mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
Few slices of bread (my opinion would be that this is optional)
Cook pasta. Combine tuna and soup, and mix well with pasta. Pour into ovenproof
dish. Sprinkle grated cheese (as much as you like) over top, then tear little pieces
of bread off and also sprinkle on top. Place in a moderate oven (160 -180) for 10 mins
or until bread looks toasted. Serve with mayonnaise and sprinkle lemon juice over
pasta (if desired).
Bon Appetite!

Let me know if you make it and how it tastes.

Last night I made some Gyoza (Pork dumplings), took aaages! (it makes a lot for the small quantity of ingredients, therefore quite a cheap eat)
I made the wrappers myself as well, from water, flour and salt. Not sure if it's worth the effort haha, but they were tasty!

I used this recipe for the filling and cooking method Smile
