For all those who haven't seen an albino Kookaburra, and that will be most of us, I found this video on youtube. What is even more interesting is that they are not rejected by the rest of the flock!! I love the Kookaburra, they are just so unique and can become quite tame. We used to hand feed them when we were in Perth, as we lived up in the hills. They have a character of their own, very tolerant and are not aggressive to other birds. We would also wake up with Kangaroo's on the nature strip in the early morning.

Oh nice one Boss. Lots of my friends in isolated areas have a little gang of birds, butcher birds, magpies, kookaburras that come to visit them twice daily, and another friend opens her back door in the morning to let the King Parrots into the kitchen. They just wander in till she takes their seed out to the feeder and then they go out for breakfast. Beautiful birds, beautiful Australia.
