I think that Trump is slowly starting to realise that there is a lot more to being president than he realised, as he seems to be toning down a little, either way, there is still that big black hole of the unknown and how much he has said will actually become a reality.

As for the red buttons, let's hope they play chess first.

This s going to be a very interesting time in world politics considering that Donald Trump is he next US President. The fur has been flying since the very long and tedious campaign began two years ago and now, the alleged Russian spy and campaign to assist Trump has taken yet another twist. The Russians claim to have enough evidents of Trump's less than desirable behaviour when he supposedly visited Moscow to hold him at ransom.

What the hell is going on here?

Funny you should talk about these things, I was just about to post on politics myself. I don't follow politics but this stood out for me. "Disrespect invites disrespect, violence incites violence", (Meryl Streep). How very true; but do actors have the right to stand up with their own political views, and expect, by their fame, that us 'lesser mortals' who don't have the same opportunities, should be swayed only because of their fame. For instance, even if you believe something to be right you may be swayed just because of the personality and fame of someone who believes differently. How can this be acceptable? Are we sheep?

My sister and I had a discussion about exactly the same thing as the point you made IC. One quote I would like to bring up here in the video is...."When the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose"....Pot calling kettle black here, and a contradiction as to what she was doing.

In America, the Hollywood "stars" are like God to the public (the sheep) and unfortunately they have the clout to sway peoples opinion, and they do. Frankly they annoy the crap out of me and I wouldn't cross the road to see one of them.

I suspect that there is a conspiracy to get rid of Trump, like him or not, in fact I would go one step further and suggest that this whole thing with Moscow has been set up, not necessarily from within the ranks of the Kremlin or Putin either. Just a thought.

Yes, I agree - famous people are given more publicity and the assumption is often that they are also right in their opinions.  They have a lot to lose if Trump implements new tax evasion laws.  Shock horror, they may lose some of the perks that being famous has afforded them.  Let's hope that Trump puts his money where his mouth is, and does the same.

Celebrities know this and like to use their so called status to gain attention, and as IC, influence people.

The status of movie stars is blown way out of proportion in my book.

As for Trump he is a wild card and he'd better do as he said he is going to do or else it will be a very embarrassing farewell speech.
